openmed Adds PDF Redaction Verification

openmed 1.8 introduces a verify-pdf feature to verify whether PDF redactions are truly effective. The author demonstrated that even if content is covered by a black box on the page, names can still be copied from the text layer; if the text layer is not completely purged, the tool will flag the redaction as failed.
