Mitsubishi Motors Enters Humanoid Robot Mass Production

Mitsubishi Motors announced a partnership with Highlanders, a University of Tokyo startup, to convert idle space at its Kyoto engine plant into a new production line for manufacturing humanoid robots using the Mitsubishi supply chain. The project aims to start mass production in 2027, with an initial output of 1,000 units per month.
