The author released wander-agent, an MCP server designed for travel planning that turns Claude into a personal travel assistant.
It supports hidden-city ticketing, split tickets, visa checks, points/miles optimization, itinerary planning, language phrases, and transit guides, while remembering user preferences for automatic reuse. The project is open-sourced on GitHub and can be integrated directly into MCP configurations via pip install wander-agent without requiring an API key.
