OpenWiki Update Enhances Agent Memory

OpenWiki 0.0.3 has been released, bringing multiple fixes and improvements. The update includes support for any model provider compatible with the OpenAI API spec, deterministic skipping of updates when there are no code changes, and a sample GitLab CI workflow for update tasks.
