Claude Code Lead on AI Writing Code

Speaking at an annual developer conference in San Francisco, Boris Cherny, head of Anthropic's Claude Code, stated that over the past 6 months, Claude has taken over writing most of the code he used to write manually. He now simply uses prompts to instruct Claude on what to build, such as implementing a specific feature.
