Google stated that since 2025, its Crisis Information features have helped people access critical information an average of over 10 million times per day. Public Alerts integrates data from authoritative sources in over 90 countries and regions—such as the US National Weather Service, the UK Met Office, and Brazil's CENAD—displaying warnings across Search, Maps, and Android notifications.
