Filtering Action Clips Boosts Video Motion Quality

A new paper received an Outstanding Paper Honourable Mention for investigating which training segments in video models actually affect "motion" rather than just visual appearance. By filtering and retraining on roughly the top 1% of action-related clips, the results achieved a 74% score on human preference.
