vLLM Backend Achieves Functional Equivalence

The vLLM project announced that in v0.25.0, the Transformers modeling backend has reached functional equivalence with hand-written vLLM models. Now, 450+ Transformers architectures can run at native speeds in vLLM without manual porting.
