Workato has contributed 500 real-world customer service traces, dubbed Workato Agentic Workflow Traces, to a related project. Created in collaboration with MLCommons, NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel, the dataset features multi-step, multi-tool challenges designed to test and evaluate model performance.
