Tencent Releases Open-Source Model Hy3

Tencent has released Hy3: a 295B MoE model with 21B activated parameters, supporting up to 256K context. It is designed for coding agents, planning, tool calling, and long-context workflows. The post adds that it delivers competitive performance on coding, agent, and reasoning benchmarks, with open weights under the Apache 2.0 license.
