Claude Code Creator: Using Claude to Direct Claude to Code

In an interview, Claude Code creator Boris Cherny stated that he no longer writes code directly or even talks directly to Claude, but instead uses one Claude to direct other Claude agents to work. He believes AI has massively boosted individual engineering leverage, and the future focus will be on how much business and how many products a single person can support.
