hpool Adapts Compression Budget Per Document

This flexibility brings new opportunities: documents vary in information density and compressibility. Using hpool, each document can be compressed adaptively rather than forcing all documents to the same token count. Specifically, it employs adaptive pooling to dynamically set a budget for each document, calculating the inter-cluster distance threshold required to reach an average target budget.
