Maziyar Panahi combines Unlimited-OCR with Gemma 4 in OpenMed to read, de-identify, and map real medical records to FHIR standard on a single laptop. Entirely based on llama.cpp, fully free (hosted on Hugging Face), no cloud or API keys required, data never leaves the device.
