Tencent has open-sourced TencentDB Agent Memory, a long-term memory solution for AI agents that runs entirely locally without relying on cloud vector databases. It structures memory into conversation, atomic, scene, and persona layers. Every memory entry is readable and decision-traceable, reportedly cutting token usage by roughly 61% while boosting persona memory accuracy.
