Dev Trains 117M Param Silia Model on H100 in 5 Hours
SrijSriv211 · reddit · 2026-07-07
A developer has released a paper on their custom Silia architecture, detailing how they trained a 117M parameter model (Strawberry-s1) in just 5 hours on an H100 using sponsored compute. Both the weights and code are open-source. While generation examples are provided, the current output quality remains somewhat chaotic. The author included HuggingFace and GitHub links along with inference commands.
