Claude Code 2.1.202 CLI update: Added a "dynamic workflow scale" configuration (small/medium/large agent counts, serving as a recommendation rather than a hard limit); introduced a new OTel attribute for workflow-spawned agent telemetry to help rebuild workflow activities from OTel data; and fixed crashes caused by confirming or canceling an inline Ctrl+R history search before scanning finishes.
