He highlights the effectiveness of the "Architect + Worker" pattern: he interacts solely with Fable acting as the architect, which then spawns sub-agents (workers) to handle various tasks.
He also observed that the architect remains responsive while sub-agents are executing tasks (e.g., providing immediate feedback after dispatching a documentation sub-agent). This keeps him constantly in the loop and prevents his mind from wandering during wait times, marking a significant UX improvement.
