Zapier AutomationBench-AA: SaaS Workflow Automation Leaderboard for AI Agents

Artificial Analysis has partnered with Zapier to launch the independent AutomationBench-AA leaderboard, testing whether AI agents can automate real-world SaaS workflows while adhering to business rules. The benchmark comprises 657 tasks across finance, HR, marketing, operations, sales, and support, requiring completion within 40 simulated app environments including Gmail, Sheets, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, and HubSpot.
