Building an Automated Job Search System with Claude Code, Open-Sourced

A Danish data scientist (PhD in geophysics) built an automated job search system with Claude Code instead of mass applying, and open-sourced it on GitHub. Usage: fork repo, run /setup to create a profile based on your info, then /apply with a job posting; the system generates customized LaTeX resume and cover letter. Then a second agent with fresh context researches the target company and provides revision suggestions, finally compiles PDF and tweaks layout until resume is exactly two pages. A neat detail: when resume overflows, it doesn't simply delete oldest experience but scores each entry to decide what to keep.
