New Open-Source Music Project: Text-to-Synth Coming Soon
RoyalCities · reddit · 2026-07-07
An indie developer who previously released a SOTA music sample generator announced the upcoming release of an equally feature-rich text-to-synth model, which will be completely free and open-source.
The model can generate playable keyboard sounds and export them to any DAW, supporting rich prompts and metadata.
The author will also create long-form videos detailing training strategies and other specifics to help other researchers reproduce the work.
