Alibaba, Huawei Deeply Invest in SiliconFlow, Supplying Nearly 20% of Its Compute

Disclosures reveal that Alibaba holds a 7.42% stake in SiliconFlow, providing 11.9% of its compute power in 2025, while operating the Bailian platform, which directly competes with SiliconFlow's public cloud. Alibaba's appointed director at SiliconFlow also serves as a non-executive director at MiniMax, a leading Chinese foundation model company. Huawei holds a 4.07% stake via Hubble Investment, supplying 7.6% of compute procurement in 2025. Together, the two tech giants account for nearly 20% of SiliconFlow's compute procurement and over 11% of combined shareholding.
