Tencent Releases Hy3 Open-Source LLM Official Version

Tencent has released the official version of Hy3 (non-preview), a 295B parameter MoE open-source model with 21B activated parameters and a 3.8B parameter MTP layer. This follows the Hy3 Preview released in late April. In benchmark tests, Hy3 scored 2.67/4, surpassing GLM-5.1's 2.51/4, with notable advantages in frontend development, CI/CD, and data and storage domains. An increasing number of vendors are catching up.
