China Exported Over 10M Robots in 1-5, Only 8K Humanoids
CyberRobooo · x · 2026-07-06
China Customs data shows that from January to May 2026, China exported over 10 million robots valued at approximately 200 billion RMB, with cleaning robots accounting for over 70%. In contrast, only about 8,000 bionic humanoid robots were exported, primarily for equipment inspection, scientific research, education, and public services. The main export markets are the EU and ASEAN. Analysis suggests these regions are leveraging Chinese humanoids to build localized robotics infrastructure, though the sector remains in its early stages.
