Tencent Hunyuan has released the new open-source model Hy3. Utilizing a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architecture, it features a total of 295B parameters with only 21B activated, delivering benchmark performance on par with significantly larger models. Released under the Apache 2.0 license, it drastically lowers the barrier for commercial use and global deployment, making it the most significant model release in this batch.
