GitHub Copilot CLI Switches to Proprietary Binary, Breaks BSD

@unixterminal pointed out that GitHub Copilot CLI version 1.0.x and later have changed their distribution method: the npm package has become a stub that merely downloads a pre-compiled proprietary binary. This renders the previous method used for BSD ports unfeasible, which is unacceptable for open-source/Unix-like systems like Haiku.
