Geely Deploys Humanoid Robots on Auto Production Lines Based on GR00T and Unitree

CyberRobooo · x · 2026-07-05

CyberRobooo reported that Geely has deployed humanoid robots on actual automotive production lines, working alongside humans to handle parts sorting, material transport, precise placement, and dual-arm carrying.

This project is built on Lightwheel's Real2Sim2Real infrastructure. EgoSuite captures first-person operation demonstrations directly on-site to build a high-fidelity simulation based on real factory physical measurements. On the Unitree H1 platform (further developed by Geely), a fine-tuned NVIDIA GR00T model (N1.5/N1.7) is executed. A continuous learning loop then feeds deployment data back for ongoing iterative optimization.
