Users complain that Fable (Claude) consumed about 7% of their usage quota in Claude Chat for a single plain-text reply, causing a jump from 89% to 96%. Despite primarily using the Medium tier, browsing only two repositories, and doing no coding in the past 36 hours, one user still burned nearly 30% of their quota, raising concerns about Fable's excessively high token consumption.
