shadcn Switches Default to Base UI for New Projects

Several default behaviors in shadcn/ui have been updated: new projects initialized via shadcn init will now use Base UI by default. The shadcn/create tool also sets Base UI as the default option, and the official documentation now features Base UI primarily, while Radix docs remain accessible with a single click.
