Samsung's Second Taylor Fab Fully Booked by AMD and Nvidia Before Construction

Samsung's second Taylor fab in Texas, which has yet to begin construction, is reportedly fully booked for HBM base dies from AMD and Nvidia, mostly AMD. The plant will use 2nm process technology, span about 2.7 million square feet, and start volume production around 2030.
