Pipecat releases tiny CPU model that reads tone and sarcasm in 50ms

Pipecat launched Voice Reader, a small CPU model fine-tuned from a LAION emotion-trained Whisper encoder that detects sarcasm, tone, pace and laughter within 50ms. The team trains a new tiny specialized model every week for its voice applications.
