Codex+Astra Directly Edits ConvNet Weights, Boosting Bird Sound Classifier to 88.75%

Developer dansitu had Codex+Astra pull and locally reproduce a float32 tflite bird-sound classifier, then directly edit its convnet weights. Despite fairly common-sense reasoning about the changes, accuracy improved from 84.3% to 88.75%.
