Gradium Open-Sources On-Device TTS Model Phonon

Gradium has released Phonon, its first open-weights on-device TTS model that runs fully offline on iOS and macOS. With a word error rate of 1.7%, it reportedly outperforms Kokoro, and the author shared a three-way comparison and an Ollama deployment guide.
