Developer KBlueleaf open-sourced KohakUnlock, which removes NVIDIA's FP16→FP32 compute cap on RTX 2000 cards (boosting a 22GB RTX 2080 Ti's Tensor throughput by 85%) and unlocks RTX 3090's power limit to 360W, nearly doubling PyTorch inference throughput from 75T to 135T.
