Anthropic Reports Elevated Error Rates Across Multiple Claude Models

Anthropic's status page reported elevated error rates starting October 24 with Claude Opus 5.5, and the issue widened the next day to affect multiple Claude models including Opus, Sonnet and Haiku 5.5. The company said it is investigating.
