Musk reveals xAI scaling to 200,000 GPUs per month

Elon Musk says xAI is deploying about 200,000 Nvidia GB200/GB300 GPUs per month at its Memphis data center, targeting 10 GW of new compute capacity by 2027, with SpaceX/xAI set to build roughly 25% of new US compute capacity next year.
