Tsinghua THUNLP, ModelBest, OpenBMB and AI9Stars released PilotDeck 2.0, an open-source (AGPL-3.0) agent workspace that keeps memory and files locally while letting users swap models freely. Its smart routing reportedly cuts costs by 83% and benchmarks above Claude Code.
