a16z Backs Ex-White House Cyber Official's Nonprofit SAIF with $25 Million

a16z has launched the nonprofit Securing America's Infrastructure Foundation (SAIF), founded by former White House cyber deputy national security adviser Anne Neuberger and backed by $25 million from a16z's founders. SAIF will use AI to provide free cybersecurity protection for about 1,800 rural hospitals.
