AWS Kiro adds OS-level local sandbox to isolate AI coding commands

AWS has made its OS-level local command sandbox generally available in Kiro IDE and CLI, extending cloud isolation to developer laptops. The sandbox restricts agent commands to the project directory to protect credentials and secrets.
