Runway Unveils Visual Thinking, Rendering Agent Reasoning as Real-Time Video

Runway has released a research tool called Visual Thinking that renders an agent's every step as real-time video instead of text descriptions. Since agents spend most of their time in the file system, the tool also visualizes the folders they move or edit, making agent reasoning and actions directly observable.
