Prime Intellect Resident Unveils HINT4: NVFP4 Quantization for Older GPUs

A Prime Intellect RL Resident, secemp9, has released HINT4, an improved NVFP4 quantization method that enables older non-Blackwell GPUs without native FP4 support to run NVFP4 quantized models without hardware changes.
