Open-Source laya-guard Screens Coding Agent Commands Locally

Developers released laya-guard, an open-source local guardrail that uses a 322M Apache-2.0 model to vet every tool call from coding agents, deciding to allow, escalate, or block. It needs no API key, runs on CPU in 90ms per call, and blocked 25 of 27 attacks in tests.
