Zatom-2, an open-source atomic-level generative foundation model from Cambridge, Yale, MIT and LBNL, unifies molecules, crystalline materials and proteins in a single scalable backbone, pretrained on about 5 million samples, aiming to replace domain-specific modeling stacks.
