Alchemy Introduces Fold: Event-Sourcing-Style Backend Modeling

Alchemy author samgoodwin89 submitted an experimental Fold feature (PR #2176) that models backends the way foldkit models UI, with typed messages, pure state transitions, and aggregate roots, views, and policies testable locally and deployable to production. A demo has been shared with the community.
