Calico Open-Sources Cerberus Genomic Model, Outperforming Borzoi Across Multimodal Benchmarks

Calico has open-sourced the Cerberus genomic model along with Borzoi and Borzoi Prime PyTorch weights under an Apache license. Cerberus takes 786kb inputs and predicts 8,361 human and 3,102 mouse tracks, outperforming Borzoi across multimodal benchmarks with an eQTL classification AUPRC of 0.692.
