AkbasCore MAM's "cognitive cartridge" architecture gives fully frozen 7B models persistent, incrementally extendable memory without fine-tuning or RAG. After first being validated on Mistral-7B, it transferred to Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct, again achieving a perfect 72/72 score.
