Hugging Face's osanseviero confirmed that Google's new EmbeddingGemma (270M–740M parameters) can plug into OpenClaw's memory search via Ollama or OpenAI-compatible self-hosted endpoints, running locally without an API key, though multimodal embeddings are still missing.
