Anthropic Offers One-time Credits to Pro and Max Subscribers

In early October, Anthropic issued a one-time bonus of cloud session credits to users who were already Pro or Max subscribers as of September 23, with the claim deadline set at October 7, 23:59 (Pacific Time). Multiple community authors issued密集 reminders in the two days before the deadline urging users to claim in time.

• Eligible recipients are users subscribed to Pro or Max plans as of September 23; the credits are $100 for Pro and $250 for Max
• To claim, run /claim-credit in Claude Code, which must be completed before October 7, 23:59 PT
• @doodlestein added: Max 20x subscribers need to link a GitHub account and run one session to claim; users who mostly switch accounts inside Claude Code and rarely open the web version tend to miss it. He also shared a prompt to burn through the credits in one go
• @arthurcolle also warned Max 20x users that the $250-per-account claim window had only 2 days left; linking GitHub makes the process quick, and multi-account users should check each account one by one

Why it matters

• This is a one-time compensatory benefit that expires worthless if unclaimed, and the claim path (a command inside Claude Code plus GitHub linking) isn't intuitive for users who rarely use the web or tool interfaces, making it easy to miss
• For Max 20x users holding multiple accounts, the $250 per account adds up to considerable total value
