Hugging Face Releases Datasets 5.1 with Vortex and Biomolecule Formats

Hugging Face has released Datasets 5.1, adding Vortex support and five biomolecule data formats. The update also brings new streaming dataset features and fixes a bug in the number of shards when shuffling streaming datasets.
