OpenStamp Embeds Watermarks Directly into Model Weights

OpenStamp, to be presented at COLM 2026, encodes watermark logic directly into model weights, making it effective for open-source LLMs where decoding-time watermarks can be disabled. It achieves near-perfect detection at 0.1% false positive rate and resists paraphrasing and fine-tuning.
