Developer Runs AI Chat and Image Generation on a 40-Year-Old 286 PC

A developer brought full AI chat and image generation to a 1990 Tandy 1000 TL/3 with a 10 MHz 286 CPU, producing images in about 9 seconds. The DOS program DeskMind uses PicoMEM WiFi to connect to a remote PC, and the project is open-sourced under GPLv3.
